New charges for garages from the 3rd April 2017
The cost for garages has now increased – New costs shown below
Tenants £19.00 pw (£82.33 per month)
Leaseholder £22.50 pw (£97.50 per month)
Non residents £36.00 pw (£156.00 per month)
REMEMBER: GARAGE PAYMENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE MADE IN ADVANCE AS PER YOUR GARAGE TENANCY.
If you find it difficult to find parking space on the Cedars Estate, you may want to consider renting a garage which allows you to park your vehicle in the garage and or in front of it.
