Gas Servicing
The cycle of gas Servicing commenced in March 2023. All Tenants received appointment letters indicating when their boiler service was due at least 4 weeks before the appointment.
As Tenants are aware the 2023/24 Gas Servicing Plan for the Cedars Estate is upon us with the first handful of Gas Servicing appointments already taking place. Letters are being sent out by Smith & Byford to Tenants and we kindly ask that if you receive a letter from Smith & Byford that you contact CETRA directly to confirm your appointment.
If a Tenant is unable to provide access on the proposed date/time then they must notify CETRA immediately so that an alternative more suitable appointment date/time can be arranged. In addition, please contact CETRA directly to report any boiler breakdown issues.
